Mamavation Monday: MILI Week 2

by Christi on January 23, 2011

Last week was just the pits! I would love to have the hazing again! I ended up hurting my back, eating fried chicken and being so hormonal the last part of the week I’m afraid to step on the scale.

I had such great intentions! Ughh!

So today starts a new week, my attitude must change this week. I pray that my body cooperates.

Goals for the week:

  • Go to bed at a decent time. (ie, somewhere in the 10pm range)
  • As soon as the kids walk out the door, eat breakfast and get some movement logged.
  • Log all of my steps, exercise and food.

That really says 208.5

That’s another half pound loss this week, I’m happy since I thought I may have gained.  That’s a grand total of 11lbs lost since I joined Mamavation! Woohoo!

Question: How are you getting more fiber in your diet this New Year?

I’m certainly eating more veggies and whole grains!

“I’m writing this post as an entry to a blogging carnival sponsored by Fiber Plus. I will be receiving free product in return.

My hormones lead me straight to the Sour Cream’n'Onion chips. Every. Single. Time.

Take care of that back lady!

That is the worst part of being female. At least I have never caught my hubby being hormonal. *Hugs* Hope next week treats you much better. You are still going to rock the Move it or Lose it!

That is one thing men love us for – our hormonal issues. Hope you do better this week. And I don’t like scales any day of the week

Did the back lead to the fried chicken? LOL! I had to laugh at that write up even though I know those weeks can suck it big time. I hope your back is healing or healed. Your goals this week are great. Be patient with absolutes like logging everything. If you do that will be great but be patient if that is a new habit. Have a better week!

I’m there with you on the food logging and step counting! I started doing both of those again today!

Maybe we can hold eachother accountable about that? I never seem to continue through with my food journal. I keep mine on spark people! EMail me and let me know! or twitter

I hate that week too! That is me right now AND I started a new diet and exercise program TODAY! Craving… anything sweet /salty! Fitness, weight loss and healthy eating is a marathon, not a sprint!! Hang in there!!!
